April 2011 Tobias Kunz Awarded JSPS Summer Fellowship

Tobias Kunz- PhD Student in our Humanoid Robotics Lab has received the prestigious JSPS Summer Fellowship to travel to Japan for Research and Cultural Exchange.

This award is in recognition of Tobias' excellent work in dynamic planning and the CONAN (CONtact ANticipation) project. We will now have the opportunity to continue this research in collaboration with Prof. Takanishi's Laboratory at WASEDA University.
