September 2012 HUBO Joins the Golems Team

The Golems lab is proud to join the NSF MRI:R2 project led by Prof. Youngmoo Kim at Drexel which will distribute 7 humanoids robots across the US. HUBO is developed by KAIST (The Korean Advanced Institiude for Science and Tecnology).

Furthermore, we are joining the DRC-HUBO team lead by Prof. Paul Oh to compete in DARPA Robotics Challlenge (DRC). The competition will be in December 2013, and we are in charge of breaking down walls, clearing rubble and core software infrastructure.
